Great Day Plumbing and Air

We have never used Great Day before so we decided to give them a try and we were not disappointed. We were having issues with our water heater and ended up getting this replaced. Hunter and Josh were professional and knowledgeable. They were so patient and took the time to explain everything in detail and helped us pick an option that was best for us. They were able to fit us in quickly for installation and again Hunter and Josh completed a timely, neat and professional job. We will definitely use their services in future!

The company was quick to send someone out the next day when I needed a pipe in my crawlspace inspected! Hunter did a great job, and kept me informed of what he found and his recommendation. Would use them again!

Devin, did a super professional job on my irrigation pump! Communication was great. On time arrival. Very informative and knowledgeable about his profession. He was thoughtful about keeping the worki g area clean. Price to value is right in-line. I highly recommend Devin and his company. We will use them again!

My experiences with Great Day over the past month have been exceptional. I can honestly say that they are the best, most knowledgeable plumbing company that I have worked with. I have been buying , renovating and reselling properties for over 40 years. After experiencing a severe leak at my beach house, they were able to get to my property and remediated quickly. While quoting a new hot water heater, they found another leak and stopped it. I cannot say enough about their honesty, integrity and quality of work.

The owner Devin came the first day to preview the job and provide an estimate. He was very attentive to the problem I was experiencing and listened to the issues we were having with our drains for the kitchen and laundry room. During the estimate, Devin explained exactly what needed to be done and how it was going to take place for the repair. His estimate had detailed photos and the procedures were spelled out clearly. Once the estimate was complete, we scheduled the work to begin the next day. The following day, two of his employees came on time, and quickly got to work after reviewing with me what was needed. Once it was clear what needed to be fixed, they continued working non-stop and completed the job in the afternoon as predicted. Following the job, the work completed was explained thoroughly and everything was neat and tidy. Overall I was very pleased with the process and will be calling again for any other plumbing needs.

I took a chance on this company because of the reviews about them. I am so glad that I did. From the phone call to set up an appt. to the last detail of the work done I was I was positive I had made the right choice. Everything was transparent & all my questions were answered where I could understand. To all of the workers Devin, Matthew, Michael & Hunter I am so impressed with your professional attitudes towards work. So thankful for their quick service and professionalism. I called with an urgent repair and they were able to get my issue resolved within a couple of hours. They also identified another potential issue that they were able to repair at the same time. Highly recommend!

We had a plumbing emergency when our pipes froze and we had no water to our home. Jeremy of Great Day Plumbing was at our house within 45 minutes and very quickly got the water back on. He then went to get a part to complete the job. We were extremely happy and thankful for his quick service.
